Abstract

Initialtask within the context of project management is the necessity to clarify the concept of the investment project, specifying the criteria its classification. Clarification and correction of the basic principles of the real investment evaluation is a part of the problems in the development and implementation of innovative projects. Improvement of the investment analysis methods is particularly necessary in the modern conditions of reduction of Moldova’sinvestment attractiveness.As a result could be achieved optimization of the process of investment analysis. The article describes the various methodological approaches to the determination of investment projectswith regard to the practical use at the level of the modern enterprise.
