dc.description.abstract | Anger is so widespread that it is no longer an isolated phenomenon. Usually anger occurs when someone does something that we think is unfair to us or to the people who we care about. But anger can also be healthy when we use its energy for some positive purposes. But in the long run, getting upset can be a high-risk and high-cost strategy. As a general rule, we can name that there are two aspects to managing your own anger: learning how to manage anger and how to manage the moment, and assimilating long-term strategies to avoid angry and tricky moments. | en_US |
