Abstract

The development of technologies today has conditioned the design of smart homes, also known as automatic houses, smart buildings, integrated home systems, or home automation, which are a contemporary development in design. Smart homes incorporate ordinary devices that control the characteristics of the house. Initially, the intelligent technology for houses was used to control environmental systems, such as lighting and heating, but recently the use of this technology has developed so that almost any electrical device in the house can be included in the system. One of the most important features that allow us to make the "smart home" special is the efficient organization of the living space. By establishing the most efficient concept of interaction between the man and the house, we can organize and implement in the house an optimal environment. In smart homes, the man with the help of small impulses can monitor the surrounding technique that will determine the individual needs of humans, current building design method.

Dezvoltarea tehnologiilor astăzi, a condiționat proiectarea caselor inteligente, cunoscute și sub denumirea de case automate, clădiri inteligente, sisteme de casă integrate sau domotice, sunt o dezvoltare contemporană în proiectare. Casele inteligente încorporează dispozitive comune care controlează caracteristicile casei. Inițial, tehnologia inteligentă pentru locuințe a fost utilizată pentru a controla sistemele de mediu, cum ar fi iluminatul și încălzirea, dar recent utilizarea tehnologiei inteligente s-a dezvoltat astfel încât aproape orice componentă electrică din casă poate fi inclusă în sistem. Una dintre cele mai importante caracteristici care permite să facem deosebită "casa inteligentă" este organizarea eficientă a spațiului de locuit. Prin instituirea celui mai eficient concept de interacțiune între om şi casă, putem organiza și implementa în casă un mediu optim. În casa inteligentă omul cu ajutorul micilor impulsuri este capabil să monitorizeze tehnica din jur care va determina nevoile individuale ale omului, procedeu actual în proiectarea clădirilor.
