Abstract:
Traditional roles of male and female influences essential individual decisions about education, careers, working conditions, family life having, on the other hand, the impact on economy and society. Men and women accumulate common and different life experiences, recovery which can provide necessary social balance. Therefore, women and men equally must be given real opportunities to choose their life strategies in accordance with their potential and interests. The article is dedicated to gender approch in technical education. Technical education, traditionally dominated by men, should create conditions for "gender friendly" education to support women's studies and employment in various fields. We propose the formation of gender competence of specialists, which would help to streamline their activity.
