dc.description.abstract The National Development Strategy "Moldova 2020"suggests the connection of the educational system to the requirements of the labor force. The way of development of the modern world is connected, to the way that education is able to satisfy the requirements of this development. The long term development has proved to be a directive phenomenon in the social, ecological, technical, economical and scientific politics with the major impact on the way of formation and managing the human resources generating some strict requirements for them. That means that the Prospective Education (PE) has the mission to project, estimate and analyze performances that is to prospect the future. PE implies the awareness of new conditions deciphering the probable situations, encouraging the tendencies and innovations bearing the future of the consolidation triangle: anticipation, planning and directing through the observation of a chain of principles. Respecting these principles will lead to the realization of the educational processes to revise the present from the future perspective and implicit ensuring the quality and performance of human capital. The achievements of these desiderates implies the awareness of transforming actions, future preparations, thus, determining the necessity of prospective pedagogical foundation from the strategically perspective, methodological and technological developments. en_US
