Abstract:
The problem of formation of real estate has a high importance nowadays, but it is also rather complex. Therefore, the role of the activity of real estate formation for the economic development and the establishment of relationships specific for a modern and democratic legal state has been recognised officially through legislative and normative regulations adopted by the competent state organs. Although a certain progress is seen in the development of the legal and methodological framework of real estate formation, many issues in this area are left unstudied. Solving this problem has socio-economic importance and influences the quality of life for different groups of the population. Subsequently, in order to reveal the efficacy of the system adopted in the Republic of Moldova and to develop and adopt normative regulations needed for mitigating the gaps within these regulations, a more detailed study of this subject has been proposed, based on comparative analysis of the national regulations in real estate formation, as opposed to those established in Sweden and Finland.
