Evaluarea situaţiei privind managementul operaţional în industria de confecţii din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Prezenta lucrare este dedicată evaluării situaţiei în domeniul managementului operaţional în întreprinderile industriei de confecţii autohtone. În acest context sunt analizate momentele de bază în organizarea proceselor de producţie şi celor de mentenanţă. De asemenea, sunt identificate problemele existente în domeniul managementului operaţional.

Present paper is dedicated to the evaluation of situation in the field of Operations Management in the local clothing industry. In this context, the basic moments in the organization of production processes and maintenance were analyzed. Also, the existing problems in Operations Management were identified.

Cet emploi est dédié a l’évaluation de la situation du management opérationnel dans les entreprises de l’industrie de confection de Moldova. Dans ce contexte on a analysé les moments essentiels dans l’organisation des procès de production et de maintenance. Aussi, on a identifié les problèmes existants dans le domaine de management opérationnel.

В данной работе представлена оценка ситуации в области операционного менеджмента на предприятиях отечественной швейной промышленности. В этом контексте проанализированы основные моменты в организации производственных процессов и процессов по техническому обслуживанию. Также, были выявлены проблемы в области операционного менеджмента.
