Analiza managementului în întreprindrile industriei uşoare din Republica Moldova

Abstract

Prezenta lucrare este dedicată evaluării managementului în întreprinderile industriei uşoare din Republica Moldova în baza modelului 7S a lui McKinsey. În urma analizei fiecărei componente a modelului 7S s-au identificat rezervele de ameliorare a managementului întreprinderilor.

Present paper is dedicated to the evaluation of management in the companies from the Light industry from the Republic of Moldova on the basis of model 7S of McKinsey. After the analysis of each component from the model 7S the improvement reserves in company management were identified.

Cet emploi est dédié a l’évaluation du management dans les entreprises de l’industrie légère de la République de Moldova dans la base du modèle 7S de McKinsey. Comme résultat de l’analyse de chaque composant du modèle 7S on a identifié les réserves pour ajouter le management des entreprises.

В работе дана оценка менеджмента на предприятиях легкой промышленности Республики Молдова на основе модели 7S McKinsey. Вследствии анализа каждой составляющей части модели 7S были выявлены резервы для улучшения менеджмента предприятий.
