Modelele economiei circulare sub aspectul asigurării dezvoltării sustenabile

Abstract

Based on the considerations that nowadays the concept of circular economy has become a component part of the multiple local, national, regional development strategies, a special interest is its research. The main purpose of this article is to examine the concept of circular economy and its models in terms of systematizing the benefits and positive effects from different points of view. In the context of the research, references are also made to some statistical data related to the experience of some countries in terms of waste production, accumulation and processing. The main methods of analysis are focused on the analysis and synthesis applied around the term circular economy in order to highlight and argue the need to promote this concept at all levels. The originality and practical relevance of the paper results from the formulation of the positive effects of the implementation of the systematized circular economy by fields, as well as the argumentation of taking over the experience and good practices applied in the European Union countries in the Republic of Moldova.
