dc.description.abstract The basic laws of the process of consecutive alloying with graphite, titanium and tungsten electrodes through electrical sparks were studied to synthesize carbides in the superficial layers of iron and titanium based alloys. The energy parameters (the energy of the impulse discharge, the frequency of their passage, the working current) and the technological ones (the shape of the processing electrodes and the vibration frequency) have been optimized, on the basis of which were created premises for the replacement of expensive and difficult processing electrodes with graphite, titanium and molybdenum electrodes accessible and cheaper. en_US
dc.description.abstract S-au studiat legităţile de bază ale procesului alierii consecutive cu electrozi din grafit, titan şi wolfram prin scântei electrice în vederea sintetizării carburilor în straturile superficiale ale aliajelor de construcţie pe bază de fier şi titan. Au fost optimizaţi parametrii energetici (energia descărcării electrice în impuls, frecvenţa trecerii acestora, curentul de lucru) şi tehnologici (forma mişcării electrozilor de prelucrare şi frecvenţa vibraţiilor), în baza cărora s-au creat premise de înlocuire a electrozilor standardizaţi de prelucrare, scumpi şi deficitari, cu electrozi din grafit, titan şi molibden accesibili şi mai ieftini. en_US
