Abstract:
This article presents the role of small and medium businesses in the sustainable development of the Republic of Moldova, making a brief overview of the sector. We highlighted the research hypothesis that improving managerial communication would increase the competitiveness of SMEs and the research question was formulated, namely to what extent an improvement in managerial communication would contribute to the development of these categories of enterprise. It is also justified the impotance of communication in any enterprise the dependence of the management functions and communication process. In the article are reflected and conceptual aspects of communication and managerial communication.
