Abstract:
Ethical dilemma is a difficult moral issue, which involves two or more mutually exclusive and morally equal variants of action. Ethical dilemmas are exceptionally important in the field of medical and criminal justice and in careers such as social work and psychology. Perhaps, more than any other profession, law often faces problems of a moral nature for which the laws of organization, statutes, but especially codes of ethics do not always offer real solutions. The Moldovan Code of Ethics, for example, sets out principles and rules of conduct that the lawyer should follow, both in following the rules of the legal profession and in his public and private life. (Chapter of the Code of Ethics of the lawyer from the Republic of Moldova).
