dc.description.abstract În scopul valorificării deşeurilor de tomate a fost realizat procesul de extracţie cu CO2 supercritic, precum şi cu CO2 şi etanol a substanţelor lipofile din deşeurile de tomate uscate. S-a stabilit că cea mai mare parte a deşeurilor de tomate e constituită din seminţe 62,29%, din care se obţine un extract bogat în acizi graşi polinesaturaţi 53,2%, dar şi în acizi graşi mononesaturaţi – 24,4%. Aceste extracte au o activitate antioxidantă sporită, în special extractul obţinut cu CO2 şi etanol. en_US
dc.description.abstract In order to valorize the tomato waste it was realized the extraction process, with supercritical CO2 and with CO2 and ethanol, of lipophilic substances from the dried tomato wastes. It has been established that the major part of the waste consists of tomato seeds - 62.29 %, from which is obtained an extract rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids 53.2 % as well as monounsaturated fatty acids - 24.4 %. These extracts have an increased antioxidant activity, in particular that extracted by CO2 and ethanol. en

dc.description.abstract В целях валоризации (освоения) томатных отходов осуществлялся процесс извлечения липофильных веществ сверхкритической СО2, а также СО2 с этанолом экстракцией из сушеных томатных отходов. Было установлено, что основная часть отходов - 62,29 % состоит из семян томатов, из которых получается экстракт богатый полиненасыщенными жирными кислотами - 53,2 %, а также 24,4% мононенасыщенных жирных кислот. Эти экстракты имеют повышенную антиоксидантную активность, особенно экстракт, извлеченный с помощью CO2 и этанола. ru
