Abstract:
Specifics of customs activity and transformation processes through which the customs system of Moldova, and other countries, their commitments assumed in the European integration process , the process of unifying customs legislation serve as an environment for the elimination of impediments to bringing it to European standards. Currently , the relevant standards established emphasizes the applicability of new forms of activity customs , border control , gradual liberalization of trade in goods and services , free movement of labor , reduction of customs duties , technical barriers and non-tariff abolition of quantitative restrictions and harmonization of legislation RM and states in the European integration process in the EU acquis. In this regard, relevant conclude that the application of international standards institution directs customs work towards protecting constitutional values , namely human rights and freedoms crossing the state border , as well as its national security problems.
