Utilizarea instrumentelor PowerPoint în procesul de instruire online

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: elaborarea unui ghid pentru facilitarea utilizării programului PowerPoint de către cadrele didactice, ca metodă de instruire la distanță.

Obiectivele generale:

1. Analiza materialului informațional deja existent;

2. Elaborarea unui ghid al utilizatorului;

3. Elaborarea unor exemple interactive utile în procesul de instruire.

Metodele aplicate: documentarea, prelucrarea și utilizarea datelor bibliografice, elaborarea ghidului utilizatorului, elaborarea exemplelor interactive.

Rezultatele obținute: În lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele elaborării unui ghid al utilizatorului, care poate fi utilizat în procesul de instruire la distanță a studenților cu ajutorul aplicației PowerPoint. Informația prezentată oferă cunoștințele necesare pentru crearea unei prezentări PowerPoint interactive, care este capabilă să atragă atenția studentului la materialul predat și să faciliteze procesul de însușire a informației expuse. De asemenea, informația prezentată în ghid și teză poate fi utilă și pentru studenți în procesul de elaborare a prezentărilor pentru diferite proiecte și conferințe. Exemplele oferite în teză sunt create ca model predefinit, care ulterior poate fi ușor de adaptat pentru orice disciplină sau temă. Din aceste considerente, se recomandă utilizarea ghidului elaborat și a exemplelor expuse în teză pentru a fi utilizate ca metodă de instruire la distanță.

Thesis purpose: the development of a guide to facilitate the use of PowerPoint presentation by professors as a method of distance learning.

General objectives:

1. The analysis of existing information material;

2. The development of a user guide;

3. The development of interactive examples that are useful in the training process.

Applied methods: documentation, processing and use of bibliographic data, elaboration of the user guide, elaboration of interactive examples.

Obtained results: This thesis presents the results of a user guide’s development, which can be used in the process of distance learning by students, using the PowerPoint application. The information that is presented in this guide provides the required knowledge in order to create an interactive PowerPoint presentation, that is able to capture the student's attention into the study process and facilitate the understanding of the presented material. The information offered in both guide and thesis, can be also useful for students in their process of preparing presentations for various projects and conferences. The examples provided in the thesis are created as a predefined model, which can be easily adapted to any discipline or topic. For these reasons, it is recommended to use the developed guide and the examples presented in the thesis to be used as a method of distance learning.
