In lucrarea data este analizata problematica managementului schimbnarr. Sunt definite cauzele si factorii ce influenteaza necesitatea schimbarii. Printre ele sunt mentionate Revolutiile Industriale si succesele tehnologice. Obiectivismul schimbarii nu exclude necesitatea managementului schimbarii, din contra, managementul schimbarii este o cale eficienta de raspunde adecvat la necesitatea schimbarii prin utilizarea diferitor modele de management si procese bine structurate. Se arata ca succesele in tehnologiile comunicationale si informationa le fac diferitele domenii cum sunt productia si serviciile, in special de transpotr, asemanatoare in procesele schimbarii si managementului schimbarii.
This paper analyzes the issue of change management. The causes and factors that influence the need for change are defined. Among them are the Industrial Revolutions and technological successes. Objectivism of change does not exclude the need for change management, on the contrary, change management is an efficient way to respond adequately to the need for change by using different well-structured management models and processes. It is shown that successes in communication and information technologies make different fields such as production and services, especially transport, similar in the processes of change and change management.
