Proiectarea sistemului informatic de evidență a managementului activităților agricole

Abstract

Scopul lucrării: tema dată își regăsește importanța sa din motiv că vine să aducă o plus valoare activității practicate în contextul schimbarilor climatice și economice care au loc în prezent. Sistemul propus vine să ajute fermierii agricoli în activitatea zilnică, să automatizeze activitățile, să organizeze procesele de colectare, stocare și prelucrare a datelor, să optimizeze costurile și să îmbunătățească deciziile luate. În contextul transformării digitale sistemul își propune să se integreze cu realizările inovaționale în domeniul tehnologiilor informaționale realizate pentru domeniul agricol.

Obiectivul lucrării constă asigurarea managementului întreprinderii cu informații reale și în timp util. Creșterea operativității în activitatea managerială, inclusiv în luarea deciziilor de orice natură

Domeniul de studiu îl constituie aspectele teoretice, metodologice şi practice de proiectare a sistemelor informatice.

Teza de master a fost elaborată în baza materialelor din domeniu și a celor mai bune practici utilizate în prezent în domeniul proiectării sistemelor informatice. Teza constă din introducere, 3 capitole, concluzii și anexă. În primul capitol se efectuează o analiză a tendințelor dezvoltării sectorului agrar. În capitolul doi se realizează o proiectare de ansambul a subsistemelor informatice preconizate. În Capitolul trei se efectuează o proiectare de detaliu a sistemului informatic.

Purpose of the paper: the discussed topic finds it’s importance in the context of climate and economical changes, wich are happening in present, it also brings a valuable approach to the practiced activity. The proposed system comes to help agricultural farmers in their daily routine, in order to automate the activities, to organize the collecting processes, storing and processing data; to optimize the costs and to improve the taken decisions. In the context of didgital transformation, the system has as a target to integrate with innovational achievements in the informational technological field, accomplished for the agricultural domain.

The objective of the paper is to assure the management of the enterprise with real information within short time. The increase of promptness in the managerial activity, including the decision-making of any kind.

The field of study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the projection of the informatic systems. The master’s thesis was developed based on specific sources and on the highest quality practices, used nowadays in the field of the projection of the informatic systems. The thesis consist of introduction, three chapters, conclusions and the appendix. In the first chapter, an analysis of the developing tendencies of the agricultural field is performed. In the second chapter it is achieved a full projection of the expected informatic subsystems. In the third chapter it is performed a detailed projection of the informatic system.
