Abstract:
This paper has the aim to highlight the role and implementation of e-Learning mainly in the challenging situation of pandemics in the system of Higher Education. The objective of elearning is to provide efficient applications to share information, knowledge and help learners with their studies by involving technologies without interrupting the entire educational process. Based on specialized literature review, the article focuses on the evolution and development of e-learning, the integration of pedagogical approaches of virtual learning applications of the new Web.2.0 technologies, which allow radical changes in the traditional learning in higher educational institutions to facilitate teaching and learning.
