Abstract:
By its nature, the democracy, as a concept, signifies the power that emanates from the people and belongs to it; but at the same time, the people have entrusted this power to be achieved by the state, which, by virtue of a good and efficient activity, has divided its power. In these circumstances, the state organized on the principle of the separation of powers in the state, ranks with the rule of law, with all the effects of functionality: statecitizen, citizen-state, responsibility and mutual constraint.
