Abstract:
Communication is a vital part of well-being, mental health and a quality life. Positive communication is really important in the workplace to create a happy educational work environment. By cultivating a work environment that promotes mental, physical and environmental health, teachers can have a positive impact on stress, reduce absenteeism and improve energy and work performance. When people are satisfied with their work, they are more productive and tend to be healthier. When employees feel that the environment at work is negative, they feel stressed. There is no doubt that adopting a holistic approach to employee welfare and well-being gives a new and complete meaning to education. In this article are presented notions of communication and wellbeing and some relationship between them through the complex process of education.
