Managementul lucrărilor de construcții a stației Peco

Abstract

Scopul acestei lucrări constă în elaborarea studiului de fezabilitate tehnico – economic pentru construcția stației PECO Florești. Pentru realizarea scopului au fost formulate și realizate următoarele obiective: 1. Tratarea conceptelor privind studiul de fezabilitate a proiectelor de construcții și importanța elaborării; 2. Studiul activității companiilor Peco din Republica Moldova; 3. Analiza tehnico economică a activității companiei Bemol Retail în Moldova; 4. Analiza oportunității construcției stației BEMOL în or. Florești; 5. Studiul de fezabilitate pentru construcția stației Bemol Florești. Domeniul de cercetare este definit de analiza pieței bunurilor imobile terenuri pentru construcții, de analiza posibililor surse de finanțare. De asemenea, domeniul de cercetare este realizarea studiului de fezabilitate proiectului de dezvoltare a stației PECO și a analizei căilor și soluțiilor de administrare a bunului imobil construit. Obiectul de cercetare reprezintă rezultatele activității companiei BEMOL RETAIL SRL, care a fost înregistrată în 2006, un an mai târziu avea deja trei stații de alimentare în trei orașe, inclusiv Chișinău și o tendință de dezvoltare continuă prin construcția de noi SAC. Rezultatele obținute reprezintă evaluarea proiectului de dezvoltare a stației de comercializare a carboranților BEMOL Florești. Prezenta lucrare are un volum de 72 pagini, 42 tabele, 15 figuri, 14 formule, concluzii, 21 surse bibliografie și anexe.

The purpose of this paper is to develop the technical-economic feasibility study for the construction of the PECO Floresti station. The following objectives have been formulated and achieved to achieve this goal: 1. Dealing with the concepts regarding the feasibility study of construction projects and the importance of elaboration; 2. Study of the activity of Peco companies from the Republic of Moldova; 3. Technical and economic analysis of the activity of Bemol Retail in Moldova; 4. Analysis of the opportunity to build the BEMOL station in the town. Floresti; 5. Feasibility study for the construction of Bemol Floresti station. The field of research is defined by the analysis of the real estate market for construction land, by the analysis of possible sources of financing. Also, the field of research is the realization of the feasibility study of the development project of the PECO station and of the analysis of the ways and solutions for the administration of the built real estate. The object of research is the results of the activity of BEMOL RETAIL SRL, which was registered in 2006, a year later it already had three filling stations in three cities, including Chisinau and a trend of continuous development through the construction of new SACs. The results obtained represent the evaluation of the development project of the BEMOL Floresti fuel trading station. This paper has a volume of 72 pages, 42 tables, 15 figures, 14 formulas, conclusions, 21 bibliography sources and annexes.
