Factorii determinanți ai producerii accidentelor rutiere

Abstract

Scopul şi obiectivele cercetării îl reprezintă analiza factorilor ce determină producerea accidentelor rutiere, drept obiective se va cerceta aspectele teoretice, cât și va fi realizat un studio practice în domeniu privind datele statistice ce vizează numărul accidentelor rutiere în Republica Moldova și cauzele care stau la bază acestor accidente.Noutatea şi originalitatea ştiinţifică a tezei o reprezintă trasarea principalelor direcţii privind accidentele rutiere. Noutatea tezei rezidă în compexitatea studiului realizat privind pefecționarea cadrului legislativ din partea statului Republica Moldova privind transporturile, recomandările elaborate pot fi implimentate cu succes în practică.Semnificaţia teoretică a tezei constă în prezentarea unui vast material științific, acumulat în procesul studiului privind factorii determinanți ai producerii accidentelor rutiere, cercetarea desfășurată contribuie la îmbogățirea doctrine în domeniu. Valoarea aplicativă a tezei rezidă în recomandările elaborate, ce pot fi aplicate în practică, se vor prezenta propuneri ce vor determina reducerea numărului de accidente rutiere. Aplicabilitatea cercetării date rezidă în reomandările prezentate în cadrul tezei care pot constitui o veritabilă bază teoretică și practică în domeniul transportului.

The purpose and objectives of the research is the analysis of the factors that determine the occurrence of road accidents, as objectives will be researched theoretical aspects, as well as a practical study in the field on statistical data on the number of road accidents in Moldova accidents. The objective of the research is to present the factors that determine the occurrence of road accidents and viable recommendations will be presented, which can be implemented in practice in reducing road accidents. The novelty and scientific originality of the thesis is the tracing of the main directions regarding road accidents. The novelty of the thesis lies in the complexity of the study conducted on the improvement of the legislative framework by the state of the Republic of Moldova on transport, the recommendations developed can be successfully implemented in practice. The theoretical significance of the thesis consists in the presentation of a vast scientific material, accumulated in the study process regarding the determinants of road accidents, the research carried out contributes to the enrichment of doctrines in the field.
