Studiul metodelor de reconstrucție a accidentelor rutiere de tipul automobil-automobil

Abstract

Materialul tezei de master este împărţit în 4 capitole. În capitolul unu al tezei de master este prezentată statistica accidentelor rutiere atît în lumea întreagă, cît şi la nivel European, precum și în Republica Moldova. Se mai descrie situaţia accidentelor rutiere în municipiul Chişinău, clasificate după diferite criterii. În capitolul doi este sunt prezentate cauzele accidentelor rutiere, precum și sunt analizați, factorii care contribuie la formarea accidentelor rutiere. Metodologia de calcul a accidentelor rutiere, este prezentată în capitolul trei, în special s-a pus accent pe accidentele de tipul automobil – automobil. Sunt prezentate metodele de reconstrucţie a accidentelor de acest tip, precum s-a dat reconstrucţia accidentului de tip frontal, lateral şi din spate. Sunt prezentate calculele respective de reconstrucţie a accidentului.

Capitolul patru – partea aplicativă, care are ca scop propunerea metodelor de combatere a accidentelor rutiere. Sunt prezentate măsuri de siguranță privind autovehiculul și măsuri de siguranță privind calea rutieră pentru o îmbunătăţire a situației. În procesul studierii a problemelor siguranţei circulaţiei pe străzi și evitării problemelor de accidente rutiere este necesar să se stabilească pe baza datelor statistice, relaţia între coeficienţii de pericol relativ de accidente, intensitatea circulaţiei şi caracteristicile traseului străzilor, precum şi să se determine pagubele materiale datorate accidentelor de circulaţie, luându-se în considerare, în calculele de recuperarea costului, diferite variante de amplasare a traseului străzilor.

The material of the master's thesis is divided into 4 chapters.

Chapter one of the master's thesis presents the statistics of road accidents both worldwide and at European level, as well as in the Republic of Moldova. The situation of road accidents in Chisinau is also described, classified according to different criteria.

Chapter two presents the causes of road accidents, as well as the factors that contribute to the formation of road accidents.

The methodology for calculating road accidents is presented in Chapter Three, with particular emphasis on car-to-car accidents. The methods of reconstruction of such accidents are presented, as well as the reconstruction of the frontal, lateral and rear type accident. The respective accident reconstruction calculations are presented.

Chapter four - the application part, which aims to propose methods to combat road accidents. Vehicle safety measures and road safety measures are presented to improve the situation.

In the process of studying road safety issues and avoiding road accidents, it is necessary to establish on the basis of statistical data, the relationship between accident risk coefficients, traffic intensity and road characteristics, as well as to determine the material damage due to accidents traffic, taking into account, in the cost recovery calculations, different variants of the location of the street route.
