Managementul activității a unei subdiviziuni din cadrul centrului republican de instruire. Metode de îmbunătățire

Abstract

O problemă majoră a unor subiecți este identificarea riscului. Acest lucru se datorează multitudinii şi diversităţii evenimentelor. Metodele empirice ce sunt în corelație cu situaţiile punctuale sunt combinate cu analizele teoretice. Pentru asigurarea unei motivații a angajaților IGSU se reglementează în baza prevederilor legale privind principiul de motivare și salarizare a angajaților. Acest element fiind efectuat în urma unui calcul al intervenției unei subdiviziuni a IGSU. Din aceste considerente, toţi angajații IGSU, prin contract de munca, reprezintă resursele forţei de munca a subdiviziunii în care activează. Procesul de selecţie, evaluare psihologică şi avizare de personal reprezintă mai mult decât un proces complex, iar îmbinarea cunoştinţelor, dobândite în timp, cu experienţa în exercitarea actului de conducere şi gestionare şi a resurselor umane. Importanţa implementării şi aplicării unui program de prevenire, a unui management eficient permite de a combate stresul atât la locul de muncă, cât și la misiunile de intervenție. Acordarea unui ajutor angajaților, consilierea psihologică permit de a menţine sănătatea, securitatea şi productivitatea angajaților subdiviziunilor.

The staff of the „PPSSP” department of the Republican Training Center (CRI) operates in accordance with the instructions of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) and the CRI, the Annual Activity Plan and based on the epidemiological situation in the country, but also the provisions of regulations and the legal norms of the Republic of Moldova. The „PPSSP” department during the years 2017-2019 activated in accordance with the provisions of the plan approved by the management of the Center, the provisions of the head of the Inspectorate, but from 2020 to those mentioned was guided by the Decisions of the Commission for Exceptional Situations of Moldova and Commission National Extraordinary Public Health. Thus, online training has become a real lifeline for training, as the possibility of community transmission of the virus has been minimized. In terms of access to technology or good internet connection, it was not an obstacle in the training process, only from the very beginning being received as an impediment to employees, because online training is a new thing for them. As a result, IGSU employees adjusting, receiving this and considering this training to be more beneficial. A major problem for some subjects is risk identification. This is due to the multitude and diversity of events. Empirical methods that correlate with point situations are combined with theoretical analyzes.
