Eficientizarea activităţii întreprinderii «Bismobil» S.R.L. prin implementarea managementului financiar eficient

Abstract

Актуальность темы дипломной работы. Анализ финансового положения предприятия представляет собой систему специальных знаний, связанных с исследованием тенденций хозяйственного развития, научным обоснованием планов и управленческих решений, оценкой достигнутых результатов, поиском, измерением и обоснованием величины хозяйственных резервов. Объектом исследования является финансово-хозяйственная деятельность предприятия «Bismobil» S.R.L. и оценка его финансового состояния и результатов деятельности. Целью дипломной работы является повышение финансового благополучия и стабильности предприятия «Bismobil» S.R.L. за счет реализации эффективного финансового менеджмента. В дипломной работе были применены способы детерминированного факторного анализа, математический и статистический методы и пр.

Relevanța subiectului tezei. Analiza situației financiare a unei întreprinderi este un sistem de cunoștințe speciale legate de studiul tendințelor dezvoltării economice, fundamentarea științifică a planurilor și deciziilor de management, evaluarea rezultatelor obținute, căutarea, măsurarea și justificarea valorii rezerve economice. Obiectul cercetării îl constituie activitățile financiare și economice ale companiei «Bismobil» S.R.L. și evaluarea stării și performanței sale financiare. Scopul tezei este de a spori bunăstarea financiară și stabilitatea companiei «Bismobil» S.R.L. prin implementarea unui management financiar eficient.

The relevance of the topic of the thesis. Analysis of the financial situation of an enterprise is a system of special knowledge related to the study of trends in economic development, scientific substantiation of plans and management decisions, assessment of the results achieved, search, measurement and justification of the value of economic reserves. The object of the research is the financial and economic activities of the company «Bismobil» Ltd. and assessment of its financial condition and performance. The aim of the thesis is to increase the financial well-being and stability of the company «Bismobil» Ltd. through the implementation of effective financial management.
