Abstract

Scopul lucrării este analiza și elaborarea propunerilor privind perfecționarea activității întreprinderilor specializate în organizarea meselor festive. Obiectivele lucrării sânt:. studiul aspectelor manageriale ale întreprinderilor specializate în organizarea meselor festive; analiza activității de management în cadrul întreprinderilor specializate în organizarea meselor festive; elaborarea pe baza informației acumulate propunerilor de îmbunătățire a eficienței întreprinderilor respective; evaluarea posibilității aplicării în practică și avantajelor implimentării propunerilor elaborate.

The purpose of the work is the analysis and elaboration of proposals regarding the improvement of the activity of the enterprises specialized in organizing festive meals. Objectives are: the study of the managerial aspects of the enterprises specialized in organizing festive meals; analysis of the management activity within the enterprises specialized in organizing festive meals; drawing up on the basis of information gathered proposals to improve the efficiency of the undertakings concerned; assessing the feasibility of applying and the benefits of implementing the proposals developed.
