In the design industry, the start of a new decade means a greater emphasis on inclusive design. As a result, UX specialists throughout the IT sector are increasingly being drawn to design truly inclusive products and experiences. Don't think that inclusive design is an "advanced topic" if you're new to the realm of UX design! The history of UX design is replete with examples of inclusion.
