dc.description.abstract Unlike a conventional casting plant, the proposed system is based on the technologies of machine vision and assures video monitoring of microwires’ casting for the optimization of technological process. The realized control model offers a mechanism to estimate on-line the geometry of the metal-filled capillary and predict the evolution of the process of microwire casting. en_US
