dc.description.abstract It was elaborated the construction and fabrication technology of fiber optic integrated microlens using the method of chemical etching of the optic fiber into a cone shape and forming the microlens by melting the fiber optic end in an electrical arch. The microlens usage decreases the insertion losses in optoelectronic modules. en_US
dc.description.abstract A fost elaborata constructia si tehnologia confectionarii microlentilelor integrate cu fibra optica, utilizând metoda corodarii chimice a fibrei optice în forma de con si formarea microlentilei prin topirea capatului fibrei optice în arc electric.
