dc.description.abstract Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de obţinere a materialelor nanostructurate, în particular la tehnologia de producere a reţelelor de nanofire prin tratament termic în mediu ambiant la temperatura 425 oC timp de 4 ore cu rata de creștere a temperaturii în sobă de 40 oC/ min, care pot fi aplicate la confecţionarea senzorilor de gaze obţinând răspunsul la acetonă de ~120% la concentraţia de 100 ppm în aer și temperatura de operare de doar 200 oC. en_US
dc.description.abstract The invention relates to the technology for obtaining nanostructured materials, in particular to the technology for the production of nanowire networks by heat treatment in ambient temperature at 425 oC for 4 hours with the temperature rise rate in the furnance of 40 oC/min, which can be applied to the manufacture of gas sensors obtaining the ~120% acetone response at the concentration of 100 ppm in air and the operating temperature of only 200 oC. en_US
