Analiza metodelor de determinare a nitraţilor şi nitriţilor

Abstract

În articol sunt analizate diferite metode de determinare a nitraţilor şi nitriţilor. Printre metodele cunoscute în special au fost analizate metodele spectrofotometrice – metoda lui Griess, metoda bazată pe reacţia de nitrozare, metoda chemioluminiscente, metoda electrochimică, metoda cromatografică, metoda electroforezei capilare, metoda spectrofluorimetrică. Se propun principiile de detectare și parametrii analitici, cum ar fi matricea, limitele de detecție, intervalul de detecție pentru fiecăre metodă, evaluând avantajele și dezavantajele tehnicilor menționate. Se accentuează atractivitatea metodelor spectrofluorimetrice în comparație cu restul metodelor propuse datorită facilității lor, disponibilităţii, sensibilităţii ridicate, selectivităţii, limitei mici de detectare și costurilor reduse.

The article analyzes different methods for determining nitrates and nitrites. Among the known methods in particular were analyzed the spectrophotometric methods - Griess's method, the method based on the nitrosation reaction, the chemiluminescent method, the electrochemical method, the chromatographic method, the capillary electrophoresis method, the spectrofluorimetric method. The detection principles and analytical parameters, such as the matrix, the limit of detection, the detection range of each method, were proposed, evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of the mentioned techniques. The attractiveness of spectrofluorimetric methods was accentuated compared to the rest of the proposed methods due to their facility, availability, high sensitivity, selectivity, low detection limit, and low costs.
