Uniunea Europeană versus Uniunea Economică Euroasiatică – analiza comparativă din prisma Uniunii Vamale

Abstract

Obiectivele propuse spre examinare de acest articol sunt aspectele teoretice, metodologice şi practice ale Uniunilor Vamale, ca una din cele mai răspândite forme integraţioniste prezente pe Glob. Pentru a exclude speculaţiile de ordin politic în acest articol ne-am propus ca obiectiv să elucidăm aspectele economice, sociale şi politice ale principalelor Uniuni Vamale prezente pe continentul european – Uniunea Europeană şi Uniunea Economică Euroasiatică.

The objectives of this article are to review the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of Customs unions, as one of the most common forms of integration present on Earth. To exclude political speculation in this article we have proposed the aim to elucidate the economic, social and political aspects of the main Customs Unions present on the European continent - the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union.

Les objectifs de cet article sont d’examiner les aspects théoriques, méthodologiques et pratiques d’Unions Douanières, comme l'une des formes les plus communes l’intégration présentes sur la Terre. Pour exclure les suppositions politiques dans cet article nous nous avons proposé le but visant à élucider les aspects économiques, sociaux et politiques de principales Unions Douanières présentes sur le continent européen – l’Union Européenne et Economique eurasienne.

Цель статьи является рассмотрение теоретических, методологических и практических аспектов Таможенных союзов в качестве одного из наиболее распространенных интеграционных форм присутствующих на Земле. Чтобы исключить политические спекуляции мы преводим краткую характеристику экономических, социальных и политических сторон основных Таможенных союзов на европейском континенте - Европейский Союз и Евразийский Экономический Союз.
