Abstract

Scopul tezei de master este determinаreа direcțiilor de eficientizаre а аctivității întreprinderilor din sectorul HORECА, cu scopul sporirii competitivității (în bаzа restаurаntului Tiflis). Obiectivele cercetării : Analiza sectorului HORECA, integrarea și specializare cunoștințelor teoretice, cercetarea indicatorilor economici, determinarea capacității concurențiale și identificarea direcțiilor de eficientizare a activității restaurantului „Tiflis” și formularea unor concluzii și recomandări corespunzătoare rezultatelor.

The purpose of the master's thesis is to determine the directions for making the activity of enterprises more efficient in sector HORECA, in order to increase competitiveness(based on restaurant Tiflis. The objectives of the research: Analysis of the HORECA sector, integration and specialization of theoretical knowledge, research of economic indicators, determination of competitive capacity and identification of directions for making the activity of the restaurant "Tiflis" more efficient and formulation of conclusions and recommendations corresponding to the results.
