Studiu privind sporirea competitivității și dezvoltării întreprinderii de transport «Automobilistul» S.A.

Abstract

Scopul principal al lucrării: este de a elabora propuneri și soluții din punct de vedere ingineresc, economic, financiar și managerial pentru a spori competitivitatea întreprinderii pe piața serviciilor în domeniul transporturilor și a asigura o dezvoltare continuă a acesteia. Semnificația teoretică: a lucrării constă în efectuarea unei analize generale a subiectului abordat cu aplicarea gîndirii critice și a cunoștințelor practice și teoretice pentru atingerea scopurilor propuse.

Semnificația practică: a rezultatelor cercetării tehnico-economice demonstrează eficacitatea studiului efectuat și respectiv luarea deciziei de implementare în practică a proiectului propus va contribui semnificativ la sporirea competitivității și dezvoltării întreprinderii. Metoda de cercetare: studiu aprofundat bazat pe analiza complexă a întreprinderii menționate în tema tezei, cum ar fi studierea și analiza documentelor și a rapoartelor statistice întocmite de către întreprindere și cu ulterioare propuneri bazate pe cunoștințele și deprinderile obținute pe parcursul procesului de studii la ciclul de masterat, care vizează atingerea scopului lucrării date menționate și în tema tezei.

The main purpose of the work: is to develop proposals and solutions from an engineering, economic, financial and managerial point of view to increase the company's competitiveness on the transport services market and ensure its continuous development. The theoretical significance of the thesis: consists in performing a general analysis of the subject addressed with the application of critical thinking and practical and theoretical knowledge to achieve the proposed goals.

The practical significance of the results: of the technical-economic research demonstrate the effectiveness of the study carried out and respectively the decision to implement the proposed project in practice will significantly contribute to increasing the competitiveness and development of the enterprise. The method of research: in-depth study based on the complex analysis of the enterprise mentioned in the theme of the thesis, such as the study and analysis of documents and statistical reports drawn up by the enterprise and with subsequent proposals based on the knowledge and skills acquired during the study process at the master's cycle, aimed at achieving the purpose of the given work also mentioned in the theme of the thesis.
