Securizarea și optimizarea planificării stațiilor de transport public

Abstract

Prezenta teză de master abordează problematica complexă a securizării și optimizării planificării stațiilor de transport public. Teza este structurată pe patru compartimente de bază.

Primul compartiment este consacrat analizei stadiului actual al problematicii securizării stațiilor de transport public de pasageri. În particular, sunt formulate condițiile tehnice înaintate față de stațiile de transport public de pasageri.

Compartimentul al doilea prezintă analiza practicilor de securizare și de optimizare a planificării stațiilor de transport public. Este expusă experiența școlii elvețiene de planificare a stațiilor de transport public, precum și măsurile tehnice de securizare a acestor obiective de infrastructură.

În compartimentul al treilea este expusă metodologia de apreciere complexă a nivelului de securitate a stației de transport public, inclusiv sistemul de coeficienți de apreciere a corespunderii acestor obiective normelor în vigoare.

Compartimentul al patrulea expune aspectele economice ale implementării sistemelor de securizare a stațiilor de transport public. În încheierea lucrării sunt expuse unele concluzii finale vizând atingerea obiectvelor de bază ale tezei de master.

This master's thesis addresses the complex issue of securing and optimizing the planning of public transport stations.

The thesis is structured on four basic sections.

The first compartment is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the issue of securing public passenger transport stations. In particular, the technical conditions submitted to public passenger transport stations are formulated.

The second section presents the analysis of the practices of securing and optimizing the planning of public transport stations. The experience of the Swiss school of planning public transport stations is exposed, as well as the technical measures to secure these infrastructure objectives.

In the third compartment, the methodology for the complex assessment of the security level of the public transport station is presented, including the system of coefficients for assessing the correspondence of these objectives to the rules in force.

The fourth section presents the economic aspects of the implementation of public transport station security systems.

At the end of the paper, some final conclusions aiming at achieving the basic objectives of the master's thesis are presented.
