Studiul cadrului legal privind alocarea terenurilor în scopul dezvoltării obiectelor de infrastructură rutieră

Abstract

Prezenta teză de masterat reprezintă o analiză a legilor şi hotărârilor de guvern în conformitate cu care se execută procesul complex de alocare a terenurilor. Scopul tezei este de a studia cadrul legal iar problematica studiului este că procesul de alocare a terenurilor, transmiterea terenurilor proprietate publică și exproprierea terenurilor proprietate privată este de lungă durată. Iar nealocarea terenurilor la timp duce la pierderea investițiilor și/sau la tergiversarea executării lucrărilor de construcție şi reabilitarea a drumurilor.

This master's thesis represents an analysis of the laws and government decisions according to which the complex land allocation process is executed. The purpose of the thesis is to study the legal framework and the problem of the study is that the process of land allocation, transfer of public property and expropriation of private property is long-lasting. And the nonallocation of land in time leads to the loss of investments and/or to the delay in the execution of construction works and the rehabilitation of roads.
