dc.description.abstract	The paper provides an analytical review and analysis of trends in the development of technological processes and technical means of milk processing lines on farms. Studies have established that improving the quality of dairy products, eliminating losses in the production process while reducing the energy consumption and labor intensity of the processing process can be solved only on the basis of the introduction of the latest resource-saving technologies that provide comprehensive automation of milking and dairy units livestock farms.	en_US
