dc.description.abstract	The paper discusses the features, goals and objectives of research of automated technological lines for milk processing as control objects. It is shown that theoretical research is needed, the essence of which is to adapt the general theoretical provisions of computational mathematics, systems engineering, theory of operations, algebra of logic and other branches of science to solve scientific problems in the field of automation of technological processes of milk processing. This requires a critical revision of the applied research methods and engineering calculations, their correction and addition, taking into account new opportunities and features of the implemented research objects in agriculture.	en_US
