dc.description.abstract	The paper considers the advanced foreign and domestic experience in the development of technologies and lines for primary processing of milk on farms. It is shown that in order to achieve a further increase in the level of automation of lines and a radical decrease in specific energy consumption for milk processing, it is impossible without optimizing the structure of total energy costs and the corresponding functional and structural restructuring of technological systems based on new energy saving, information technologies and technical means.	en_US
