Abstract

În acestă lucrare de masterat sa studaiat și analizata proiectarea liniei tehnologice și a stațiilor de asamblare prin sudare a caroseriei automobilului. Pentru început sa făcut cunoștințî cu unitatea de prindere, cu conceptul și cu activitatea care trebuie s-o indeplineasca. La etapa de studiu și de analiză sau indentificat toate problemele și neajusurile care nu permitea funcționare unități de prindere de tip Grepper. În lucrea sunt descrise și specificate și o serie de elemente teoretice dar mai multe practice despre metodele și tacticile de lucru din domenuil proiectări dar și o mare parte dezvoltate din experienta proprie care sunt implimentate și reprezentate în aceasta lucrare. Scopul lucrări este de a valorifica experianța acumulată în domeniu proiectarea liniei tehnologice și stațiilor de asamblare prin sudare a caroseriei automobilului, dar și pentru demonstrare cum are loc soluționare și imbunătățirea unități de prindere, identificarea factirilor care influrnțiaza funcționare dar și prezentarea anumitor standarde de lucru care pot fi atinse în urma respectări indicațiilor aduse în aceasta lucrare. La finalul lucrări este prezentat cum a avut loc îmbunătățirea și reproiectarea unități de prindere dar și prezentarea rezultatelor atinse și eficiența lor.

In this master's thesis, the design of the technological line and of the car body welding stations was studied and analised. Firstly we became acquainted with the grip/clamp unit, the concept and the work it has to do. At the study and analysis stage were identified all the problems and bugs that did not allow Gripper type units to work. The thesis describes and specifies a number of theoretical, but more practical elements about working methods and tactics in assembly design, but also a large part of own experience that are embodied and represented in this paper. The purpose of this thesis is to emphasize the experience gained in the working field of designing the technological line and the assembly stations by welding of the body of the car, as well as showing how to solve and improve the grip/clamp units, identifying the parameters that influence the good operating proces and presenting certain working standards that can be achieved by following the indications given in this thesis. At the end of the paper is presented how the improvement and redesign of the holding units was made, but also the presentation of the achieved results and their efficiency.
