Cercetări privind soluționarea constructiv - estetică a colecției de modele prin reutilizarea denimului

Abstract

Obiectivele tezei de master includ rezolvarea artistică a colecției de modele conform conceptului propus, soluționarea constructivă a modelelor în concordanță cu schițele, selectarea produselor, materialul caror poate fi reutilizat cu succes în alte produse noi, identificarea resurselor materiale necesare pentru realizarea colecției. Teza de master este structurată în patru capitole în în cadrul cărora sunt dezvoltate soluțiile privind elaborarea colecției noi de modele realizată din materiale Denim Reutilizate, impactul metodelor upcycling asupra mediului natural, social și economic. În primul capitol studiul reflectă nivelul actual de dezvoltare și direcțiile de evoluție a sustenabilității produselor vestimentare. În capitolul al doilea s-a analizat diverse sortimente de produse vestimentare și cerințele impuse de către consumator în vederea asigurării durabilității în timpul exploatării. În capitolul trei studiul prezintă, caracteristicile structurale ale materialelor Denim, metode de testare ale țesăturilor precum și un studiu amplu al caracteristicilor fizico -mecanice specifice țesăturilor Denim. În capitolul patru sunt reflectate rezultate implementării metodelor de reciclare a țesăturilor Denim, soluții constructive ale noilor modele de produse vestimentare, tiparul de model, argumentarea conceptului dat în colecție vestimentară. În finalul capitolului, se propune elaborarea fișei de selectare a materialelor optime pentru confecționarea modelului de produs.

Lucrarea are o valoare teoretică semnificativă, prin explorarea în profunzime a sustenabilității în industria modei. Punctul forte al lucrării constă în studiul sortimentului de produse vestimentare din țesături denim, studiul proprietăților și identificarea modalităților de selectare a materialelor pentru procesul de reciclare. Valoarea practică a proiectului constă în determinarea caracteristicilor fizico – mecanice ale materialelor Denim Reutilizat, în baza cărora se vor selecta și îmbina într-un produs, a mai multor tipuri de denim. Soluționarea artistică a colecției de modele pune accent pe posibilitatea creării produselor casual, care dau o nouă viață Denimului Reutilizat.

Actualitatea soluției propuse pentru depășirea crizei ecologice reprezintă un aspect-cheie al proiectului. Astfel, putem crea produse uzuale, fără a fi necesară produceare textilului nou.

The objectives of the master's thesis include finding the artistic solution for the collection of models according to the aimed concept, finding the constructive solution for the models in accordance with the sketches, selection of products, which materials could be successfully reused for new products, identifying the material resources necessary to create the collection.

The master's thesis is structured in four chapters in which are described the solutions regarding the elaboration of the new collection of models made from recycled Denim materials and the impact of upcycling methods on the natural, social and economic environment. In the first chapter, the study reflects the current level of development and the directions of evolution of the sustainability of clothing products. In the second chapter were analyzed various assortments of clothing products and the requirements imposed by the consumer in order to ensure durability during exploitation. In the third chapter, the study presents the structural characteristics of Denim materials, fabric testing methods, as well as an extensive study of the specific physical-mechanical characteristics of Denim fabrics. In the fourth chapter are shown the results of the implementation of the Denim fabric recycling methods, constructive solutions for the new models of clothing products, the pattern of the model, the argumentation of the concept of the clothing collection. At the end of the chapter, it is offered to develop the sheet for selecting the optimal materials for making the product model.

The research has significant theoretical value by widely exploring the sustainability in the fashion industry. The strength of the research lies in the exploring of the assortment of clothing products made of denim fabrics, the study of the properties and the identification of the ways of selecting the materials for the recycling process. The practical value of the project consists in determining the physical-mechanical characteristics of the Reused Denim materials, based on which several types of denim will be selected and combined into one product. The artistic solution for the model collection emphasizes the possibility of creating casual products, which give a new life to Recycled Denim.

The actuality of the solution proposed for overcoming the ecological crisis is a key aspect of the project. Thus, we can create casual products, without the need to produce new textile.
