Abstract

Un sistem integrat de management al documentelor electronice este văzut că o soluţie valoroasă, care reduce considerabil timpul de acces la documente precum şi modul de stocare, distribuire, modifiacre al acestora. Sistemul asigură centralizarea și punerea la dispoziția întregii organizații a tuturor documentelor, indiferent de modul de intrare al acestora în sistem sau de natura acestora, fie ele simple documente de tip text, mesaje electronice, faxuri, documente scanate și chiar imagini, care stau la baza derulării activității. De asemenea, asigură organizarea riguroasă și controlul accesului la documentele din arhivă prin acordarea drepturilor stricte de acces.

An integrated electronic document management system is seen as a valuable solution, which considerably reduces the time of access to documents as well as the way of storing, distributing and modifying them. The system ensures the centralization and making available to the entire organization of all documents, regardless of how they enter the system or their nature, be they simple text documents, electronic messages, faxes, scanned documents and even images, which are the basis the performance of the activity. It also ensures rigorous organization and control of access to documents in the archive by granting strict access rights.
