Importanța și specificul managementului infrastructurii rutiere

Abstract

Drumurile reprezintă un factor de mare importanță pentru dezvoltarea infrastructurii statului. Ele stimulează investițiile, facilitează circulaţia oamenilor cât şi accesul la infrastructură socială. Gestionarea multiaspectuală a acestora contribuie la un nivel sporit al securității oamenilor şi asigură economii pentru sectorul public, agenţii economici și cetățeni. În aceasta ordine de idei, importanța managementului sectorului dat este indiscutabilă. Managementul aplicat sectorului drumurilor, dar și infrastructurii rutiere în întregime, reprezintă un proces sistematic de întreținere, modernizare, exploatare și monitorizare a tuturor aspectelor, combinând principiile de inginerie, practicile, raționalizarea economică în scopul realizării obiectivelor statului și așteptărilor membrilor societății.

Roads are a major factor in the development of state infrastructure. They stimulate investment, facilitate the movement of people and access to social infrastructure. Their multi-faceted management contributes to an increased level of human security and provides savings for the public sector, economic agents and citizens. In this sense, the importance of the management of this sector is indisputable. Management applied to the road sector, but also to the road infrastructure as a whole, is a systematic process of maintenance, modernization, operation and monitoring of all aspects, it combines engineering principles, practices, economic rationalization in order to achieve the objectives of the state and the expectations of members of society.
