Aspecte microbiologice privind rezistenţa unor tulpini bacteriene uropatogene în cazul sindromului urologic canin

Abstract

Cercetările reflectate în acest studiu au avut ca scop studierea rezistenţei unor tulpini bacteriene uropatogene faţă de substanțele antibiotice în cazul sindromului urologic canin și interpretarea aspectelor microbiologice care definesc comportamentul respectiv. Pentru evaluarea sensibilităţii/rezistenţei la antibiotice a tulpinilor microbiene (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis și Enterococcus faecalis), izolate din mostrele de urină prelevate de la caninele infectate de cistită, au fost realizate antibiograme prin metoda difuzimetrică. S-a testat rezistenţa la următoarele clase de antibiotice: peniciline, cefalosporine, fluorochinolone, tetracicline şiaminoglicozide.

The researches reflected in this study has the purpose to study the resistance behavior of bacterial uropathogenic strains towards antibiotic substances in canine urologic syndrome and interpreting the microbiological aspects that define them. Antibiograms were performed by diffusimetric method for evaluating the sensibility/ resistance of microbial strains (Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Enterococcus faecalis), isolated from urine samples colected from canines infected with cystitis. The resistance to the following classes of antibiotics were tested: penicillins, cephalosporins, fluoroquinolones, tetracyclines and aminoglycosides.
