Complex locativ « Insula Paradisului », situat pe strada Nicolai Iorga 10, municipiul Bălți

Abstract

Complexul prezintă o clădire cu dimensiunea între axele principale 13,5 x 33,6 m cu regim de înălțime S+D+P+3E+M. Structura de rezistență este proiectată din fundații de tip continuu, schelet monolit cu umplutură de zidărie și planșee monolite. Compartimentarea exterioară se v-a realizată din zidărie din blocuri ceramice, geamuri PVC, interioară – pereți despărțitori din ghips.

Conform memoriului explicativ și realizarea calculelor necesare în conformitate cu normativele în vigoare vom realiza partea grafică. Strcuturarea memoriul explicativ este compusă din 7 capitole, concluzii, 24 anexe, 14 surse bibliografice, cuprins, rezumat. Partea grafică este alcătuită din 11 coli format A1 iar memoriu 109 file A4.

În conformitate cu exigențele esențiale ale Republicii Moldova este elaborat proiectul de licență.

The complex presents a building with dimensions between the main axes of 13.5 x 33.6 m with height regime S+D+P+3E+M. The resistance structure is designed from continuous type foundations, monolithic skeleton with masonry filling and monolithic floors. The exterior partitioning was made of ceramic block masonry, PVC windows, interior - plaster partitions. According to the explanatory memorandum and making the necessary calculations in accordance with the regulations in force, we will make the graphic part. The structure of the explanatory memorandum is composed of 7 chapters, conclusions, 24 annexes, 14 bibliographic sources, table of contents, summary. The graphic part consists of 11 sheets in A1 format and memory 109 sheets A4. In accordance with the essential requirements of the Republic of Moldova, the license project is developed.
