Abstract

Obiectul prezentului proiect de licență reprezintă o clădire cu destinație locativă de tip ,,Casă de locuit cu 12 apartamente” cu regim de înălțime S+P+3E cu 5 nivele. Compartimentarea fiind 8 apartamente cu 3 camere și 4 apartamente cu 2 camere. Planul subsol este destinat pentru parcare şi dispune de 12 garaje, amplasarea construcției este pe strada Alexandru cel Bun, orașul Hîncești. Casa 528,81reprezintă× 13,300oclădire2 civilă de configurație poligonală în plan cu dimensiunile generale între axe. Structura de rezistență este soluționată prin fundații izolate de suprafață din beton armat monolit, schelet din beton armat monolit și planșee din beton armat monolit. Compartimentarea exterioară este realizată prin pereți din blocuri mici de piatră artificială YTONG și vitralii din sticlă, interioară – pereți despărțitori din ghips. Proiectul de licență conține memoriul explicativ și partea grafică. Memoriul explicativ este compus din 7 capitole, concluzii, bibliografie, anexe și conține 67 pagini format A4 (fără anexe), 8 figuri și 11 tabele. Bibliografia constă din 30 surse de referință. Memoriului explicativ cuprinde 8 pagini, 2 figuri și 11 tabele. Partea grafică este alcătuită din 12 coli format A1. Proiectul de licență este elaborat în conformitate cu exigențele actelor normative valabile în Republica Moldova.

The subject of this license project is a residential building of the type "Residential house with 12 apartments" with height regime S+P+3E with 5 levels. The subdivision being 8 3-room apartments and 4 2-room apartments. The basement level is intended for parking and has 12 garages, the location of the construction is on Alexandru cel Bun street, Hincesti city. The house is a civil building of polygonal configuration in plan with general dimensions between axles. The resistance structure is solved by isolated surface foundations in monolithic reinforced concrete, skeleton in monolithic reinforced concrete and floors in monolithic reinforced concrete. External partitioning is achieved by walls of small YTONG artificial stone blocks and stained glass windows, internal – plaster partitions.

The license project contains the explanatory memorandum and the graphic part. The explanatory memorandum is composed of 7 chapters, conclusions, bibliography, annexes and contains 67 pages in A4 format (without annexes), 8 figures and 11 tables. The bibliography consists of 30 reference sources. The explanatory memorandum includes 8 pages, 2 figures and 11 tables. The graphic part consists of 12 A1 format sheets.

The license project is developed in accordance with the requirements of the normative acts valid in the Republic of Moldova.
