Moldo-chinese ampelo-ecosystem comparative regarding the quality of wine production

Abstract

The quality of wine production reflects the circuit of matter, energy, culture and information determined by the configuration of the ecosystem in which the vine develops. The geographical factor "terroir" had passed through the prism of evolution in two countries: Republic of Moldova and China. In the first, the hilly landscape predominates, in the second - the Chani mountains and the Tibetan plateau, both countries move from the parcelling of the living massifs to the agro-industrial concentration, and both of which have engaged in fruitful collaboration. The quality of PGI wines in Moldova has increased and their export to China is significant. At present, 10 students from China study this specialty at UASM, of which 4 are co-authors of this article. Based on the analysis of documents and statistical data, we reveal the impact of the terroir factor, and correct management in the choice of local and new grape varieties. We present the ampelo-uvological characteristics of the new selection varieties from Moldova, the management of the vegetation phases, the danger of climate change and problems faced by the branch in both countries.
