Executarea lucrărilor cadastrale de elaborare a planului cadastral, satul Alexeevca raionul Florești

Abstract

In chapter one I described the theoretical aspects of the cadastral works which include: the content of the cadastral works, the institutional, legislative framework in which the laws and instructions applied in the cadastral field and the practice of cadastral works in other countries are exposed. Also in this chapter the purpose and role of the information is described cadastral. The enumeration and description of the layers used in the execution of the geometric plan. It describes the development of the cadastre during the years from the past to the present, and presents proposals for the future.

The second chapter analyzes and enumerates the methods of applying the cadastral works for the development of the geometric plan. It describes the methods: geodetic, topographical, digitization and delimitation of points in the field. It includes the procedure for determining the coordinates of the points in the field, and establishing the boundary of the property.

In the third chapter, the analysis of the case study is represented and the procedure for developing the cadastral plan is described in detail. In the third chapter, the GPS topographic device and the performance of topographical works, the necessary documentation and the stages of developing the cadastral plan in the program are described MapInfo with the layers used, together with figures that graphically represent the way to create the plan in the software. Next, the technical report of the land-level cadastral work is presented, which contains all the necessary documents: explanatory note, deed establishing the borders and the final result of the geometric plan obtained as a result of the field and office works.

In the fourth chapter, the economic analysis for the cadastral works for the development of the cadastral plan is represented. The works at field and office level carried out by the certified cadastral engineer are described. The swot analysis that indicates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks. Description of consumers and competitors. Establishing the time norm, depreciation and calculation of the certified cadastral engineer's salary. Calculation of the cost estimate and the tariff. Description of the machines that participate in the execution of cadastral works in the territory.

În capitolul unu am descris aspectele teoretice ale lucrărilor cadastrale care includ : conținutul lucrărilor cadastrale, cadrul instituțional, legislativ în care sunt expuse legile și instrucțiunile aplicate în domeniul cadastral și practica lucrărilor cadastrale în alte țări.Tot în acest capitol este descrisă scopul și rolul informației cadastrale. Enumerarea și descrierea straturilor utilizate la executarea planului geometric. Descrie dezvoltarea cadastrului pe parcursul anilor din trecut pînă în prezent, si expune propuneri pentru viitor. Capitolul doi analizează și enumeră metodele de aplicare a lucrărilor cadastrale pentru elaborarea planului geometric.Descrie metodele: geodezice, topografice, de digitalizare și de delimitare a punctelor în teren. Include procedura de determinare a coordonatelor punctelor în teren, și stabilirea hotarului bunului imobil. În capitolul trei este reprezentat analiza studiul de caz și este descris în detalii procedura de elaborare al planului cadastral . În cadrul capitolui trei este descris aparatul topo-geodezic GPS și efectuarea lucrărilor topo-geodezice, documenția necesară și etapele de elaborare a planului cadastral în programul MapInfo cu ajutorul straturilor utilizate, alăturat cu figuri care reprezintă grafic modul de creare a planului în soft. În continuare este prezentat și raportului tehnic al lucrării cadastrale la nivel de teren care conține toate actele necesare: notă explicativă, act de stabilire a hotarelor și rezulatul final al planului geometric obținut în urma lucrărlor de teren și de birou. În capitolul pantru este reprezentată analiza economică pentru lucrările cadastrale la elaborarea planului cadastral. Sunt descrise lucrările la nivel de teren și birou efectuate de inginerul cadastral certificat. Analiza swot care indică punctele tari, punctele slabe, oportunități și riscuri. Descrierea consumatorilor și concurenților. Stabilirea normei de timp, amortizărea și calculul salariului inginerului cadastral certificat. Calculul devizului de cost și tarifului. Descrierea utilajelor care participă la executarea lucrărilor cadastrale în teritoriu.
