Tehnici de utilizarea a ortofotoplanului pentru lucrări topo-cadastrale

Abstract

Teza de licență conține 79 pagini și este formată din partea introductivă, cinci capitole, 9 tabele, 43 figuri, 5 anexe și 11 surse bibliografice.

Partea introductivă descrie scopul, sarcinile și obiectivile principale care au fost stabilite pentru elaborarea acestui proiect.

În primul capitol sunt reprezentate ortofotoplanul, tehnologii de creare si utilizare aerofotografiere scurt istoric dezvoltare noilor tehnologii fotogrametrice etapele de crearea ortofotoplanelor și domeniile managementul dezaztrelor, amenajarea teritoriilor și crearea 3D ortofoto etc.

A doilea capitol conține informații despre inregistrarea bunurilor imobile în Republica Moldova evolutia inregistrarii bunurilor imobile probleme de indentificarea problemelor planele geometrice metode de corecta erorile a bunurilor proprietate publica.

Capitolul trei conține cel mai principal utilizarea fotografiei aeriene în efectuarea lucrărilor cadastrale și nevoia tot mai mare de a cunoaștem spațiul geografic cu ajutorul ortofotoplan 2007 și 2016, inclusiv 2020.

Capitolul patru reprezintă o analiză din punct de vedere economic pentru lucrările aerofotografiere. Acest capitol conține noțiuni și caracteristici din domeniul economic, precum și tabele cu calcularea normei de timp pentru scanare aerofotografiere.

Capitolul cinci descrie măsurile privind tehnica securității și analiza condițiilor de muncă într-un teren în procesul de folosire UAV-urile.

În concluzii se poate de menționat, tehnologia fotogrammterică de colectare și obtinere a produselor cartografice, in special al ortofotoplanului, produs care este tot mai utilizat la nivel mondial inclusiv in Republica Moldova, devenind unul din cel mai utilizat produs cartografic fiind simplu si usor de inteles pentru nespecialiști.

Se scoate in evidenta aplicațiile ortofotoplanului pentru indentificarea preliminară a conformității planurilor geometrice de delimitare a bunurilor imobile, ca suport pentru inregistrarea in Registrul Bunurilor Imobile.

The undergraduate thesis contains 79 pages and consists of the introductory part, five chapters, 9 tables, 43 figures, 5 appendices and 11 bibliographic sources.

The introductory part describes the main purpose, tasks and objectives that have been set for the development of this project.

In the first chapter, the orthophoto plane, technologies for creating and using aerial photography are represented, a brief history of the development of new photogrammetric technologies, the stages of creating orthophoto planes and the fields of disaster management, territorial development and the creation of 3D orthophoto, etc.

The second chapter contains information about the registration of real estate in the Republic of Moldova, the evolution of the registration of real estate, problems of identifying problems, geometric plans, methods of correcting errors of public property.

Chapter three mainly contains the use of aerial photography in carrying out cadastral works and the growing need to know the geographical space with the help of orthophotoplan 2007 and 2016, including 2020.

Chapter four is an economic analysis for aerial photography works. This chapter contains notions and characteristics from the economic field, as well as tables with the calculation of the time norm for aerial photography scanning.

Chapter five describes the security measures and the analysis of working conditions in a field in the process of using UAVs.

In conclusion, it can be mentioned, the photogrammetric technology for collecting and obtaining cartographic products, especially the orthophoto plane, a product that is increasingly used worldwide, including in the Republic of Moldova, becoming one of the most used cartographic products, being simple and easy to understand for non-specialists.

The applications of the orthophoto plan are highlighted for the preliminary identification of the conformity of the geometric plans for the delimitation of real estate, as a support for the registration in the Register of Real Estate.
