Abstract:
The paper analyzes, through practical application, of the "Methodology for forecasting daily consumption for each category of final consumers with non-daily reading of the indices of measuring equipment, based on standardized consumption profiles (PSC method)", developed by the National Association of Regulatory Commissions in Energy, Telecommunications and Water, USA (NARUC) in collaboration with "Chișinău-gaz" LTD. As part of the approval of the mentioned PSC method, the formula for calculating the coefficient of variation of gas consumption on the days of the week, called the coefficient of the type of day , was corrected, written formulas for calculating the parameters of the temperature function f(T) of a temperature-dependent PSC for each type of day, which were missing in the draft of the developed document, calculated weighted daily temperature, which takes into account the thermal inertia of buildings in the forecasting of gas consumption.
